They rate that tire as "BETTER". They look awesome, but I read a lot of negatives about them, when it comes to WEAR & ROAD NOISE, so I went with a Tire rated as "BEST":

Seems less aggressive a tread than the Terra Grapplers and thats what I wanted, not just street only tires.

Read about them on Tire Rack, that's what convinced me...!

Just by the summary none of them are overwhelming. I care less about winter - but not nothing. Impact absorbtion, traction and quiet are my biggest drivers for a tire.

The tread on the sides makes it look more off roady and aggressive but doesn't match the tread on the road surface much at all. A bit hoaky.

Ah man, hope I didn’t buy the wrong tire!
Tires are 255/60/18. Anybody know if I should still be okay using the Honda spare tire if I absolutely have too?

Hi, Steven. I recall when you put the Continentals on your PP you noted that they rubbed a bit at full lock when in reverse. Is that correct? I really liked the Continentals but my tire shop said they wouldn't install them due to the rubbing issue. I suppose it was a legal thing for them. I ended up with the Terra Grapplers that JSport recommended and they've been fine, however, the tire noise was slightly louder than the stock Contis, which was expected. I also recall you got a smoking deal on them. Is it safe to assume that you've had no problems and that the rubbing, if any, is nothing to be concerned about? Just curious. Thanks!

The rubbing kicked up some of the inner plastic wall in the driver side wheel well, and yeah it still rubs at full lock, but it never rubs during regular driving, and love they way the handle...!

yeah, not real concerned...

I wonder how 265/60/r18s in these would do in terms of rub. how much space is left at full lock on those 255s? can you post a pic inside the wheel well at tightest spot?

these tires seem interesting but they are very new so not much info out there
