Proud of our new 2021 Passport Elite modern steel metallic, change from 2012 Mazda CX-9. Curent owner 2018 Ridgeline RTL-E, excellent vehicle. Installed running boards with lights, Cargo side and seat protectors, body side molding, and mud guards myself. Dealer installed Hitch receiver, wiring and ATF Cooler. Looks great, now to enjoy our new ride.

Are you referring to all the rain sensing wipers and mirror defrosters?

Not sure what your suggesting or implying, but going through a car wash scratches up your paint. No bueno. Look for a hand wash only place.

thankfully, I have a touch-less drive thru just a mile away from me.
it does a great job aside from the giant air dryer, I still have to drive another mile home to blow off all the water then get a towel on it.

No - better read your owners manual, Car Wash Mode section.

Then you won't have a problem, but read your owners manual "Car Wash Mode".

Are you talking about getting it to stay in neutral?

Yes, manual only gives directions for when you use a car wash where you get out of car, what if you stay in the car ?

Doesn’t say. Don’t stay in the car.😜
Not really worried about it, it’s over 20 years since I have used a mechanical car wash. 95% of the time I do it myself ( including waxing) and the other 5% I go to a detail shop that washes and waxes by humans.
