New center console adapter that routes USB wires

Have been following this. To expand on this product:

1. what color selection is it?
2. Have pictures of the installation process - does it use existing holes or does it require drilling?
3. What are the benefits of this modification you found versus using the tray that is inside the center console?

I'm wondering the same. I simply plug behind the console when I want a USB other than what is available under the infotainment.

He has it in a few colors. I believe white, blue, red and black. Possibly more. No drilling at all. It fits into the track. I like it because the wire isn’t draped across the console

I bought this recently and installed it and I'm very happy with it! I have a dash cam that is plugged into the power outlet in front of the gear shift and I keep power for my phone in the console. Having this allows me to keep the console lid fully closed and have the wire come out to connect to my phone. Why Honda just didn't provide a couple of holes is a mystery to me. The installation process is clever, there is a little adapter you have sit loosely where the console normally latches, then you screw the main part into it so it's snug. There is a magnetic connection and a latch connection provided, I went for the latch for my install so the console lid still stays closed securely.

Item is sold out. I hope he makes more. I'll buy it.

If you have a 3D printer you can print your own. I believe he sells the plans as well for like $5
