Those checklists are signed by the tech and the buyer but it doesn't mean the stuff actually happened. My Passport has no body plugs and on my Ridgeline the body plugs were in the center console with some sort of cover for the shift lock., there was a razor blade on the floor the battery terminal protector was in the up position and there was still some of that protective white plastic on the fender. Granted it was a white car. On my RAV4, one of the tires was at 50 PSI and the others were not far behind. I believe that Honda pays the dealer for those PDI's so it's can be a case of sign the paperwork and do the absolute minimum.

Hey there, what's up? I know this is an old post, so I'd like to refresh it with my newbie's 2 cents. Thanks for sharing that new car checklist, it's really appreciated! I'm new to this forum, so I don't know much about it, but I'm already finding some useful stuff here. By the way, have you checked out the latest car deals in the best state to buy a car? You can get some sweet rides for a fraction of the cost if you know where to look. Anyways, thanks again for sharing that checklist, I'm sure it'll help a lot of folks out there!
