My 2019 Passport Touring AWD had 704 miles, when I installed a UPR Universal link Catch Can. Now I have 2067 miles.
This past weekend, after I took the 1300+ mile trip (with my VCM ii disabled so I could use less than 6 cylinders) I checked the can.
There were about 12 - 14 drops of thick clear(ish) oil in the can.
I expected no oil in the can, because I did not drive aggressively and averaged 24 - 25 mpg.

I have a catch can in my BMW 1series but never considered one in my Passport...do they also do walnut blasting in the VTEC motors?

I have not read that Honda Direct Inject engines have an extreme carbon build up issue, which would require walnut blasting.
My engine is new and I'm just reducing the amount of oil that my Passport would return to the top of the valves.
I'll check it again, in 6 months.
