My Navigation System is Confused!

Hi! I have a 2021 Passport Elite with a very confused navigation system. As I'm driving, I follow the voice directions and check the screen from time to time. Lately, the voice enabled directions will tell me to take the South route to my destination while the image on the screen will display to take the North route. The screen image is the correct direction all of the time but this sent me in circles before I realized what was happening. Does anyone else experience this and is there a fix for this?
