Hi everyone. So long story short when I leased my PP I got a good deal on a service contract which covers every maintenance until 36K miles. I’m currently at 26K miles and I had my car serviced at Honda a few days ago and after it was done I randomly remembered to ask them if they had changed the differential fluids and the advisor looked it up in the system and told me for some reason they had never changed the differential fluids and told me they’d change it next time. I don’t think it was intentional but at the end of the day they forgot to do it. I made them print all of my service records to see if they have missed anything else. The issue is that I don’t know what else they could have missed so I was wondering if there’s anything besides Diff fluid that they could have missed? They’ve always done the regular oil change and cabin and engine filters with tire rotations. Is there anything else besides the ordinary maintenance that I should look for in the service records? Also how big of a deal is this? Will the diff be fine or should I have them extend the warranty on my diff (which I’m not sure they will) in case I decide to purchase the PP after my lease ends? Thanks in advance.

1. Transmission fluid and transfer case fluid should be changed between 30K and 60K miles depending on your usage but doing it at 30K miles is optimum.
2. Check to see if they changed the rear differential fluid at 15K miles, if they didn't insist on it being changed immediately, old fluid degrades the performance of the rear differential and it could also be permanently damaged if the fluid is left unchanged.
