I bet the dealer didn’t reset the codes last time.
Anyways unless you do short trips (under 5 miles) a lot, fluids usually don’t go bad by sitting so I would imagine mileage is more important than time.
But if they did reset it last time and and you do drive short trips, then the maintenance reminder is calculating it correctly.

Just to add, i have 6 cars over 300k doing 3-5k oil change.
