Yes the lug nuts will work, my Ridgeline wheels are gray and came with centers. Got my TPMS online OEM's ..... make sure you get everything to install them.....
Lug nuts, tpms, enter caps for 2020 EXL
I’m purchasing black 18” Ridgeline wheels for my 2020 EXL for snow tires. Will the chrome lug nuts from my 20” rims fit the Ridgeline wheels? Whats the best place to get black OEM center caps? Best source for TPMS?

Thanks for your reply. Great regarding the lug nuts. When you say get everything you need to install, does that mean you have to buy piecemeal or is there a kit you I need to get? On a You Tube video I saw some very nice 18” HPD wheels that were on the new Trail Sport Passport. I maynlook at those too. The OEM TPMS system has the valve and a seal and a nut......I couldn't pass my deal, Four new factory wheels and center caps in the box's, delivered for 400.00 total

Yes, it was a great deal.... but no, that was it. Now I still have the original tires and rims with less than a 1000 miles on them still together with the TPMS and balanced ...LOL
