My garage entry is fairly low, about 81", so I'm looking at options for quality low profile crossbars. The Yakima RailBar (Whispbar) would be great but seems to be out of stock, hard to find, and extremely expensive! ($458/pr.)

Has anyone installed the OEM Crossbars - Honda (08L04-TGS-100) ? Are there other quality crossbar products that will have a lower profile that you'd recommend?

If yes, anyone have any photos after install? Trying to get a sense of how much higher they will be. I'm going to want a basket up there but don't want to tear my garage door out after I fill my tires

I have a set of low profile crossbars. They are a knock off of the WhispBar/RailBar, but since Yakima bought WhispBar out I think they may have threatened all these knock off companies with law suits because I don't see them for sale anymore.
I looked for a used WhispBar but could never find one that size.
Yakima is asking way too much for the RailBar, but since there is nobody else doing a low profile bar I guess they can ask whatever they want.

I just went out to the garage & took a measurement. The top of my OEM Honda crossbars measure right at 75 1/2" to the floor. These aren't the best pics to show off the bars, but that wasn't my original goal.
