Low Frequency Humming Noise at certain speeds

I have a new Passport, 2022, and the car gets a low frequency humming noise when first driving (moving from a parking spot) and then at exactly 67 mph! The Honda master service tech said it was my right rear brake cable. We replaced the brake cable, but the noise still occurs! I am at a loss as to what could be the problem. Any thoughts? I scheduled to drop off the car again and have the tech ride with me so we can duplicate the noise at 67 mph. Wish me luck!
