does anyone have a part number or know of a eseller specifically to order replacement plastic crossbar connector brackets vs buying a whole new set of crossbars for the roof rack? I seem to go thru these fairly regularly when the garage door doesn't quite open all the way and my empty bike rack catches. (black plastic pieces that connect the aluminum crossbar to the side rails). Seems the parts catalog gets down to the nut and bolts on everything else but have not had luck locating these. or . . does anyone know who might be rhe oem manufacturer? thanks

I would be surprised if any one sources parts and pieces for these as it's not a common problem to destroy the mounts by driving into a unopened garage door. Fairly regularly you say? Once wasn't enough?
Good luck! Maybe fix the door opener in the meantime...

A picture of the damaged part might be helpful for locating the part number...if it exists as a standalone part.

Less than 25 words is not a lecture and the OP posted in a public forum so this is no private business. Fix your acerbic issues privately and stop mocking people who post perfectly reasonable questions.

Are you referring to the part marked with an L or an R?

Yea. Flip that over, remove the two torx bit screws, and the cover plate. You’ll see a part number. I know you can get one thru Bernardi… And probably others. Let me know.
Cool! You have ordered and got one through Bernardi? How much did you pay? Great to know...

according to Bernardi sales, you cannot buy the individual plastic connector ends ( part numbers are 08L04-T6Z-1MO-02 and 03). waiting to hear back if one crossbar (bar+ends) can be purchased and for what or if you have to buy them both.

Oh that sucks. Weird, I was able to get one under warranty. Sorry.

Well I don’t want to lead you astray again but I did purchase one crossbar assy from them about a year ago and it was about $100.

They got back... there is a single crossbar option so I ordered that. It's just under $100... thought about fabricating something but I like the breakaway nature of the stock parts . . For next time. Thanks all.
