Hi folks, I am looking for a new White Passport Elite in Southern California.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to search inventories in all of SoCal, or if anyone knows of someone who could order the car for me. I am ready to buy, but this tight inventory is killing me. I've tried calling a few dealers, to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It took me 4 months of calling dealers anywhere in CA, NV or AZ to look for a MSM Touring from January-April 2019, none to be found. Finally an Elite arrived in SoCal when I was working in NoCal., They could only hold it for 24 hours. Thankfully, I got 2 days off work to get it!

Keep calling all the dealers all over SoCal, LA to SD. It’s only about a 100 mile drive one way. Sometimes they will transfer one over, but it’s a weird new and used car pandemic right now. And every time I drive by the dealer up the street from me, they never have any on the lot.

If you would settle for a Touring 2WD, Pacific Honda in San Diego has one. Otherwise it looks like you are SOL for a white Elite in So Cal at this time. The only So Cal Elite that the Honda vehicle finder shows is a Pearl Black in El Cajon. Good luck with your search.

I guess production for this year is coming to an end. I contacted a internet car company that buys and sells cars about selling my 2020 Touring that I bought new last August and was offered almost 37,000. I paid like 38,800 for it.

I had a similar issues finding a Black Copper Pearl Elite.

Go to the Honda Automoblie website and build your Passport Elite. At the end of the build, you can search inventory. You put in the zip code you want to search. I looked for dealers in larger cities and used those zip codes. I live north of Charlotte, NC and finally found my Elite in Chantilly VA. The inventory tells you if the dealer has (or had) the particular vehicle or if it is in transit.

I just had some idiot ram into me while I was stopped in traffic at 60 miles per hour. I'm ok but this 2019 Passport took the hit like a champion. So the insurance decided to total the car and give me back all the money I paid for it 2 years ago. Now I can't find one to replace it. I'm thinking of looking at VW Atlas Cross Sport.

So sorry Debbie, I'd say keep looking or get a Toyota, VW (IMO) are the 2nd worst car out there, don't be fooled or tricked into buying one, you will HATE it more and more each day and if some idiot hits it two years after ownership, you'll be lucky to half of what you spent...!

I‘m with Steven, keep looking. Car sales are tough right now, but get a monthly rental to get by and the inventory will pick up soon. Also, if you can, look at neighboring cities/states!

VW is not a great for new cars, my SIL has one and it’s always got an issue. And I've driven many as rentals, they don’t have the power our Passport does!

NFW, I've probably dumped another $15k into it, counting wheels, tires, Xpel, Stereo Upgrade, Mylar interior film, floor mats, mud flaps, side steps, sheepskins, etc etc...

plus, I'm still in love....(with it...lol)
