Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting my headlights and taillights tinted. Anyone who has them, what kind of percentage did you go with and how much did they cost?

Regarding the tinting of the brake lights, I’d highly suggest not doing it, for safety reasons. Any tint is going to diminish the visible light. If you’re ever rear ended, you could bare the responsibility. JM2C

Totally understand, not trying to tint it completely black. Just want a smoke appearance.

Tinting the taillights will not diminish the brightness of the lights so long as you don't go too dark.

A number of vehicles I've followed with tinted taillights ARE noticeably darker than without tint. Definitely a safety issue IMHO.
