I recently installed LED interior lights and LED back-up lights on my 2019 Honda Passport Elite. I purchase the two kits at Amazon, one for all the interior lights and one for the back-up lights. The 13 white interior LED light kit was just under $20.00 and the Back-up white (6000K) LED light...
I used the same as KYBubblehead. It takes literally 30 seconds to replace each side & it's like having headlights on the rear. I also put the same exact bulbs in my '16 Pilot in August of 2015 & they were still like new when I traded it off a month ago.
One of the first “mods” I did. Super easy swap and they make a huge difference. Can’t believe Honda skimped on putting them in to begin with… at least on the Elite.
Perhaps... Again I've used the JDM astar 6000K bulbs rated at 1,200 lumens each. I checked before and after with a light meter & the LEDs put out 20% more measured light. It seems much more than that, but probably because the white light from the LEDs is so much more intense than the warm color of the halogens which I would estimate is around 3,500-4,000K.
