LED headlamps -- ? EX-L is incandescent ?

I replaced both our 19 Passport EXL and our 18 Ridgeline halogen hi beams with LED's from "Headlight Revolution"...The are GREAT and a great vendor to deal with...If you do a search you may be able to find my post...I AM 100% SATISFIED and they are plug and play...no splicing or jury rigging anything..

Do you have the link for those bulbs. Went to the website but didn’t see anything. I have a 2019 Sport and I want all LED’s.

Mine were V.4 LED 9005 $102.00...They complement my factory low beams...Give them a call, they are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and they are a USA company...They talk fluent English...larryd

If so, they are $169 now. Also be careful:

I'm sure in this application it wouldn't be an issue for two reasons.

1. It's high-beam only
2. Who is going to check/verify the bulbs in your vehicle?

People all over the Piloteers forums use xenon depot with great success

I had the HR ones for over a year now...The color K is a nice match to my stock LED low beams...They have a nice cut off line...I couldn't be happier...I paid $102.00, they may have had a promotion???

PS. I'm going to cut the tags off all my mattresses today...

Your high beams are incandescent from the factory. Running/low beams are LED.

I don't necessarily agree - I don't like the mixed colors of the LEDs and the Halogen bulbs --
HENCE THE INTEREST IN CHANGING THE high beams to LEDs -- just finding the best way to do that is my consideration.

All LED bulbs are not created equal...I tried 2 sided, 3 sided & 4 sided LED's from various manufactures...ALL WERE TOTAL JUNK...Some shined over the tops of the trees along the road...Others didn't shine out past my stock LED low beams...I was ready to give up on finding LED bulbs that work in the Halogen housings until I talked to the people at Headlight Revolution...They test many other types of LED's in many different housings to find out what works...Go to their web page and watch their video's and you'll get an education with no BS...larryd

By going to that website one can find many options for bulbs to replace the Honda halogen Highs --
However they do not have a way to specify the one by searching by vehicle --
So when I select the 9005 --- there are many choices... --
So I called them on the phone (weird right?) --
Yea... they can't recommend any ONE LED for the High beams -- something about it not being DOT approved (what's that about?)
BUT - the SV4 seems to be the right one - I am not sure I want to plunk down $169 to fix a problem I don't really have ...
However -- it's my new toy to play with...

Cutting off your mattress tags? You're a madman!

I was told that replacing the halogen to LED would cause a lot of issues with sensing and with the computer system. Mechanic told me to not even touch it. Has anyone had any issues with this? Honda is really no help. They tell me they can’t changing the bulbs either

I really don't understand this -- the ELITE and the TOURING get the LEDs -
The EX-L does not ...?
WHAT CHANGE is made to allow this ?
A BULB SWAP ?? Not too hard to do... ?

It’s driving me crazy. I don’t get it either, but now I’m scared to mess up my computer system and sensing if i swap the out. Haha.
