Only took a few months, but here it is

Took 1 day for Mavis Discount Tire store to get the Scorpion AS Plus 3 for my 2018 Toyota RAV4 Limited AWD under 25k miles as of June 2022. (Originally $213 per tire, got for $185 each with military discount). Size 235/55 R18 104V M&S.
Placed a $25 deposit when ordering the 4 tires and setting an appointment. The total cost for mounting, balance, old tire disposal fee, and NY Sales Tax was $950.
After receiving the $70 Pirelli Rebate aka MasterCard made the overall total $880. Mavis charges between $20 to $25 per tire for mounting, beware of how Mavis tire technicians treat your wheels as the guy I had roughed up damaged my nice Chrome wheels that came with the RAV4 Limited AWD.
Always take photos beforehand of any repairs. If they damage your vehicle, make them pay!
attached pic of a Pirelli tire after a few weeks and Chemical Guys VRP shows some fading and the tread is dirty. The next pic is my RAV4 recently cleaned. I used Chemical Guys VRP on tires and Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax on the body. TriNova Plastic and Trim Restorer for exterior black molding only. When detailing your vehicle, use what you feel works best for you. I took a shortcut this time around as I usually use Meguiar's Gold Class Carnauba Plus wax paste, for a quick shine I have used Turtle Wax Ice Spray Detailer Wax. Most Ceramic Waxes are just terrible and time-consuming as you need to know what you are doing, there is a correct way to prepare your vehicle for ceramic waxing and I refuse to spend 8 to10 to 12 hours doing it. I do not have a garage or carport, it is exposed in all weather and all 4 seasons here in New York State. I have never ever gone to a car wash as I do it by hand aka myself, it is not necessary to have your vehicle washed every day like I have seen many people do. During the winter, sure get the undercarriage done on a nice dry sunny day if you don't have rust proofing as long as the temperature is above freezing. I have 2 vehicles to maintain so I try my best to keep them clean at least once a month or every other month when possible. Rust Proofing ... Ziebart is expensive and not worth it. Never use rubberized undercoating, they are messy, hold moisture and create rust, and make repairs tougher. Need Sound Proofing, get the interior carpet lifted/ removed, and add the sound-absorbing material then put the car flooring - carpet back in place. Most noise is from the wheel well/tire area or having lousy tires and the exhaust-muffler system. I'm 62 years old and have been driving for more than 40 years. Have owned 15 vehicles through the years from 1975 Dodge Dart with slant V6 (looked like a Chevy Nova), 1978 Alfa Romeo Veloce Spider, 1982 Mustang GT 302 Boss, 4 Speed, with T-Tops, Camero, Ford Taurus, F-150 Harley Davidson edition, and many others cars.
