Hello All! Just bought a 2025 Passport Trailsport. I'm in love ❤ with everything so far except the gas mileage. Went from a 2014 Honda Accord Sport so that's why....it's close to double. It hurts my wallet.

Let it break in and vary the terrain and speed. After 5K it should improve. I've found that the Eco mode does very little to improve mine and it slugs out the vehicle so much I don't even use it.

My 2024 EXL did great on my trip to Ft. Smith this weekend. Mts with steep, curvy roads and long flat 4 lanes. The only time I use Eco is if I'm going really slow in town or I'm already up to speed with my cruise control on. It made a difference on my trip for sure. I averaged between 26 and 26.6 miles to the gallon on my 400 mi trip. No cargo going up but lots coming back. I'll take it! The Eco on will bog your car down. If you try to accelerate fast, it doesn't. It's supposed to keep you from having a lead foot. I turn it on and off as needed. When I punch the gas I want that thing to get up and go. And boy that V6 sounded so good!! When I punched it to pass... it got up and shifted into the passing gear and zoomed right on by! Yay!

I turned it on for a half hour once and it became the Bog Monster.
