Looks like you've got one ticked off rodent! I would think a squirrel or something larger. Get one of those Have a Heart traps and place it by the front of the Passport. Usually, local animal control departments will lend them out, or get them at Lowes, Home Depot, etc.

I noticed this today and it appears to be damaged from the inside out. Anyone here have any issues?
Wow!
No issues like that here. But I’d try to set up a bait trap (not sure that’s the exact name of it), near where you park at home and see if you find your least favorite furry friend.

We used Fresh Cab Botanical Rodent Repellent under the hood on our Accord after some rodents chewed on some wires.

Hi

looks like you may have pack rats, We have them here in Az. There is a product called rid a rat that’s battery operated and flashes an led every second they don’t like it.
kind of like the old days with flash bulbs that dazzle your vision at night.
It has a strong magnet that I haven’t Been able to lose four wheeling.

Rid a rat cost about $50.00 but when compared to wiring harness cost it’s a no brained.

I live in the mountains, and often park outdoors. I use a pantyhose with cotton balls in it. It's tied in non-moving parts areas under my hood. Seems to keep the rodents away. Just an idea that has worked for me.

I have the same issue that I just noticed today...almost totally eaten through one of the rows. It's like something got stuck and literally chewed it's way out. No sign of nests anywhere in engine area or signs of rodent droppings on the driveway or car itself. My garage is not near wood area or a spot I have had issues with any rodents but have noticed a couple of squirrels around. I set my security camera directly on it to see if it catches any motion there.
