iPhone X and Bluetooth problems - help me figure this out

As mentioned above, my ability to play Spotify via Bluetooth took a turn last week when a loud audio pop cut the volume to nothing. I am able to hear it if I crank the audio gain on my phone to the max. With the phone at 50% volume, it can’t be heard at 12 level on the Passport. Dealer said, no problem. I called Honda who said, no problem.

Can someone see if your like combination plays, at a reasonable level, Spotify over Bluetooth at 50% volume on the phone and about 13 on the car?
