Infotainment Help Needed

I have had a problem with my infotainment system since buying my 2020 PP. It seems to have alot of trouble reading any of my thumbdrives. I even reformatted one to just straight folders but that did not help. Once in a while it will work correctly. These all worked perfectly in my 2019 CRV. Now I am beginning to have issues with My Honda music app. It will play songs in random order even when random is not selected. It doesn't matter if you advance manually or let it advance on its own. It also has lost it ability to control Pandora using AA a few times. Is this normal?
