I get to keep my oem steering wheel and piece where qi charging goes?

Bought the heated steering wheel and qi wireless charging. I feel and think no should be able to keep the parts that came with my touring. Or am I wrong?

Yes, you should, unless they compensate you in the price of the new items (upgrade price vs full price).
