I found a work-around for my speaker popping.

My speakers would make loud and continuous pops, even with the radio off.
Honda Service mngr said they followed TSB a19030b.
The pops have returned and now, I get these messages...no fm audio available, no audio, and no MOST found, shutting down.

My work around:
Start the engine and see if the radio works or just cuts out. I stop and restart the engine, until the radio starts to work.
Never turn off the radio again.

It's been 4 months, two 1200 mile trips, and the radio is still on and working.

Honda needs to fix this issue correctly! I had the fix done and it didn't work either. One thing I noticed that reduces the occurrence is to turn off the System sounds. You'll lose the noise when you press buttons on the touch screen, but the popping will become less annoying, and won't occur at all if the radio is off.
