Most other manufacturers wouldn't provide any funnel. At least Honda did. I think the cap-less fuel has 2 little spring loaded doors... the first one you see and the other behind that one an inch or so more in.
Staying on the subject have you guys noticed the emergency release for the fuel fill door incase the button on your door doesn't work in the rear driver side cubby. My Ridgeline had one behind the rear driver side seat.
Remember: The funnel can also be used for siphoning fuel out of the fuel tank - for when the lawn mower fuel is at empty, of course, and one doesn't want to make a special trip to t he local fuel station. At least I surmise that can be done.
The manuel advises you to put car in car wash mode if the car will be unattended. Can you just stay in regular neutral if you are not going to leave the car. I don’t want to damage the car.
How do you get out of neutral at the end of car wash? I was told you put foot on brake and then switch...
When you are "vertically challenged" and own an SUV, accessing or detailing the roof is difficult. Tried it with a step-stool or a step-ladder, but does not work well. Came across the suggestion for a "work platform" which is much more convenient for detailing. It gets you 20" to 21" off the ground.
I was driving the other day and saw an Audi SUV and the four Audi Logo-Rings were lit up and it looked way cool!
I'm wondering if there is a way to insert a light or LED into the back of the "H: located in the front grill to get it to light up?
Anyone care to check that out? If so, please...
