I ordered side panels from College Hills. When I got them there were some scratches on the lower edge and they have offered to refund my money and been responsive.
I put one side on and sent pix to CH and they are telling me these panels are not supposed to be all black but have silver/grey highlights? He sent me a pic but I think it's just the lighting. Can some one with these verify this for me?
Here are two pix of the ones I got and the pic CH sent me ( mine is the gray one)
I also ordered fender flares but I am supposed to install sides first - so I am bogged down right now.
(anyone self installed the flares?)

I have the HPD Bronze package, purchased from dealership that way, on my PP and the side panels are total black, same as the fender flares which are all black too.

The color should match the color of your wheel arch protectors, if you are replacing the wheel arch protectors with fender flares then the color of the fender flares and the side panels (Door Lower Garnish) must match.

I wonder what went wrong, College Hills is a Honda dealer so the parts should match what's available at other dealers.

They said they should have never shipped and are waiting to hear back from Honda - I sent pix of the scratched panels and they checked another set they had there with the exact scratches. The guy at CH thinks they are gray and black but I don't think that is true

These panels were never meant to be sent to a dealer. If you notice they are not at all like what is pictured (see link below). We have had contact with Honda and are waiting on a resolution.

19passportsport installed a set of those about a year ago . . . his pics make 'em look like they should be all black.

HPD side door trim

Going to be the test subject again and see if the HPD side door trim for the 22's fits the 19-21 Passports. I checked with honda and all 4 doors are the same exact part # from any year so i think they should fit without the fender flares. Will update once i get them and see how the install goes.

yeah I think the guy is trying to be helpful but it's just the way the light hits the bevel that makes it look gray
hopefully I'll hear more tomorrow

Do you recall if you were speaking to Holdin (sp?) (my primary contact when dealing with them) or ???

Holdin has great CSR skills. The other guys are very good.

I do not know the name of who I am speaking with, they sign off as Parts dept. but articulate and have replied daily so far

I'm just taking notes for any future business I may do with them. My singular HPD wheels purchase through CHH was flawless.
