Anyone running one of these ? They have online reviews all over the place. No interest in a rooftop unit.

It's the one Honda sells.
There's actually a better model Napier makes for $79 more than the Honda branded unit. My dealer quoted $320 plus tax for their tent but I can get this one thru Cabela's for $399 plus tax. View attachment 11896
LOT's more room and the screen porch will be a blessing with this summer's insect explosion. Spouse likes it better too !
Why exactly? With accessory off and all lights off, what is shortening the life of your battery when the tent is installed and hatch up?Two words to consider if you want to use one of these types of tents: Battery Life.
What would affect battery life? Doesn’t make sense.🤔Two words to consider if you want to use one of these types of tents: Battery Life.
The power going to the motor to keep the hatch up. I believe that would drain the battery. What would affect battery life? Doesn’t make sense.🤔
I thought the motor stayed energized while the liftgate is up; the Elite uses a motor to lift/shut it.The sport model uses gas strut for the liftgate , not sure about the other models.
Good to know! Thanks.Motor shuts off when it hits the limit switches up or down. Like the manual version it is able to stay in last parked position.
