That would be my guess too.

Yes marketing tool for over stock items. New models, ex: Passport, and limit supply, ex: Ridgeline usually excluded from sales and special financing.

Passport is just way too new in the market... just going to wait for 3rd year and buy the car.
1st year all the minor details are missing,
2nd year just a touch up on details,
3rd year solid year and they will have all the incentives and rebates

You need to have non disclosed locations to meet at. If the addicts know ahead of time where meeting is at you may have an empty parking lot before the meeting let’s out

Its actually already in its 4th year. Its just a PILOT. And Honda rarely adds features until mid model makeover, which is 2019.

Right on! You've got ALL of that right. This is, in part, why I follow this forum. Also following several other car forums. I find it interesting how thread subjects are the same and then gradually change over time.

Some take the early road with all the bumps and a storm rising.. Some wait and have a smooth road all the way. Sometimes there are, of course, mitigating circumstances, such as condition of one's current ride, family changes or personal finances. Experience does help.

PP is not featured for sales, etc. as the demand is high and they are selling on their own, so Honda sees no need to support sales. My dealer had to go over 150 miles to get my Luna Silver Metallic Elite.
