I'd like to get tire carrier and I figure if I get external backup camera like JonDz uses I can do without the built in camera. Even without the rear parking sensors. But I can't live without the front parking sensors. I am a bit short and can't see far down over the hood at all.
Has anyone tried to disable just the rear sensors? I figure if I just unplug them it will trip some kind of error code. I also do not want to disable the side traffic sensors as those are very useful to me. The rear tire carrier will not interfere with them.
