I have to fold the mirrors when I go into the garage, they do not return to where I had them set and I have to readjust them every time. What can I do to avoid this?

My experience has been that the mirrors self adjust after back up.
Do you have the power folding mirrors on the Touring or Elite? I have the power folding mirrors and I bring them in every time that I pull into my garage. After I back out and push the button to pull them out, they go back where they were and I do not have to readjust.
Are the mirrors supposed to tilt downward when reversing?

Yes, you have to put the mirror adjustment selector on your dash to the left or right depending on which mirror you want to tilt down. If you keep that in the center, neither will tilt down. I like for my right mirror to tilt down when I parallel park so I keep the selector to the right and that mirror tilts down. After taking the car out of reverse, it goes back up to my memory setting.
After you adjusted the driver's seat and mirrors, did you set it to either 'Driver 1' or 'Driver 2' depending on which fob you're using?

I have the Touring. Is there a way to lock the mirror settings as there is for the seats?

Yes, once you set the seat and mirror memory to driver 1 or driver 2 with the buttons on your door, those will then correspond to key fob 1 or key fob 2.

You can lock in the settings for the mirrors just like you can for the seats for Driver 1 and Driver 2. Just set the mirrors with the seats and then set the memory for driver 1 or 2 on the door. Then when you use your key fob, the mirrors will adjust to the preset memory.

Haha damn okay I thought that they(or one) tilted down before when I was reversing but haven’t noticed it since, but I bet I have the switch in the middle! Thank you!
I had the same "issue" and just figured out I didn't adjust the mirrors before I set the seat memory. So everytime after it tilted down and went back to the original position, I had to readjust it.

Question - do your left and right mirrors fold in to the same degree? My driver side mirror does not fold in as much as the passenger side. There is about one inch difference, just one inch but noticeable.

Mine look to be folded in exactly the same.
Same here too. Wish they folded in tighter.... they still "stick out" even folded. I want them flush against the glass, but our mirrors don't do this. Gives you a few extra inches of clearance on each side of vehicle.
Like Jermboy, mine both seem to fold to the same position.
Thank you all for checking! My driver side mirror is slower folding in too. One more thing to ask at the next dealer visit.

Yes I too wish they folded in tighter.
