Folding mirror wont close all the way...

I just noticed today that my drivers side mirror wont close all the way when I hit the button.It only moves about a inch and stops while the right one closes all the way.I just called the service dept and they couldn't help me over the phone and the manual has nothing.Just wondering if anybody had any input before I go to the dealer this week..

Just an update,I took my car into the dealer today to check the mirror and they are ordering me a new mirror...

Thx for updating as was curious as it sounded like a dealer issue as my mirrors both close all the way ? glad they are sorting it out for you!
