I love those Tabs. That’s a nice setup. Here’s a pic of our first adventure, just shortly after we bought it earlier in the year. We have a 2013 Aliner Sport, which weighs about 1600#. We hardly know it’s behind us while towing, and gas mileage has averaged low 20s while towing. Pretty incredible.
@stevenD - we still tent camp sometimes but I have to say, since we bought a trailer camping has been so much simpler. Almost everything is packed in the trailer, so we just hook up and go...and sleeping up off the ground is sure nice. We try to go somewhere each month in it.
I used to pull a 5000# (4K unloaded) 24' HiLo bumper-pull camper with a 2011 Ridgeline; driving easy - over flat land - it was capable. I do however remember that Honda recommended using a higher octane fuel when towing.
Have they made a similar suggestion with the PP?
