Also first time using a foam cannon! Works great with my small 1800 psi ryobi pressure washer that i picked up for $88.

I bought a cheap Harbor Freight foam cannon 2 years ago that attaches to the hose. I love it and it was only 20 bucks.

Is that the one that attaches to the pressure washer?

Yes, attaches to the wand.
I used to detail cars as a side job during college and I'll just say be careful on using pressure washers on your paint. You can remove that ceramic coating right off your paint if your PSI is too high. The foam cannon can be used to apply the foam/soap, but be careful on rinsing with a pressure washer.

Best to use a dense sponge by hand (or wand) and then use a microfiber bug sponge for tougher spots. Do not use the yellow bug block as it can scratch your paint. This may not apply to you guys, but I've seen guys pressure wash bugs and tar off their paint and basically strip the clear coat right off. 😲
