It finally arrived. Couldn't be happier with the look and quality of this thing.

I LOVE IT....!

Best way to carry a full-size spare.

Not sure if you talked about it elsewhere, but can you tell us pricing, installation costs, etc.

Also, how about some side view shots, so we can see how far it sticks out and a few with it swung-open and the rear deck lid open...

(BIG THANKS)

That looks great... Dirtcom's swing wasn't available when I got the Rigd Ultraswing, but your design is better with the departure angle, and while hard to tell from the pics exactly, it "looks" like yours has the tire sitting a little higher than mine, and closer to the back hatch, both of which for me are a plus in the looks department.

While I can mount a Rotopax gas can between my tire and the back hatch, I'd much rather it be closer like yours looks like it may be. I need to look at mine the next time I mount it, as I may actually be able to mount mine closer as think there may be another pin hole for the receiver if I slide it back without the gas can mounted (maybe), and I might even be able to raise my tire mount higher. I don't think so, but there were a bunch of mounting holes and not 100% if I mounted to the highest ones or one down or not.

In any case, that looks great and if I had to go it again I'd likely get that one.

Baller! You must be the very first in the country to have this. No way you are getting away with only posting 2 pictures, haha , we want more!

Here's the Dirtcom trailswing, a little more pricey than my Rigd, though not sure if his is the regular or the low clearance dirtcom.

I only have one more at the moment. Someone asked for a side shot to show clearance to the hatch. I'll try to get more, wider shots when I'm at a place to do so soon. Everyone needs to understand that this was a big expense for me. I spent my younger life buying "sort of what I wanted" because it was cheaper (lawn mowers, weed whackers, chain saw, furniture, etc.).. once I turned 45 years old I've spent the last 11 years spending the money so I "buy once and cry once". This is probably going to be the next to the last vehicle I buy before I crawl into a pine box.... so I'm doing it exactly the way I want. :)

Very nice. Love it. Were you able to relocate to rear camera?

I don't think relocating the back up camera is necessary, it will be obstructed but that's a temporary discomfort, a tradeoff for the ability to carry a full size spare. But if you absolutely must have rear camera vision there are wireless cameras that you can temporarily clip to the spare wheel.

Thank you. No, you can't relocate the camera on the Passport from what I've read. I don't care because I don't need it. I'm old-school mirrors and look over my shoulder anyway so I won't miss it.

That looks awesome. I’m around your age and feel the same way with spending. I’m going to die broke.
