For those who are experiencing issues with your Passport providing false forward collision alerts from the opposing traffic, please consider filing a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. In my opinion, Honda refuses to address there is a problem. If enough people file complaints with the feds, we could get some action from Honda. I love everything about my Passport, except the defects with the safety systems providing false alerts.

Completely agree and have done this and suggested it before.

I get false warnings for signs, bushes, roundabouts, cars turning way ahead and once had the car brake check someone because a car was turning with plenty of distance ahead ( I drive cautiously ). So unsafe and distracting that I disable the system in any town/city area now.

Honda sensing, particularly CMBS, but the other systems too, needs huge improvement. It is just not good. Most of the rest of the car is great.
