The black trim around the wheel wells and lower door panels are already getting stained from road grime. We had a wet spring, and looks like spots of dirty water left stains in a few spots around this trim work. After handwashing the car I tried 303 cleaner with little results and then some mother's black restorer for mostly the same.

Any recommendations?
