Engine assembly cover

Engine cover like the plastic piece that sits on top of the engine under the hood?
The passport doesn't have a lower engine cover under the engine so the engine and transmission are mostly exposed.
Here is what it looks like for the one on top of the engine.

The Passport has both a front splash shield (74111-TZ5-A01) that's bolted underneath the radiator and a rear engine cover with part number: 74114-TZ5-A00 which I highlighted in the attached picture. Honda's describes 74114-TZ5-A00 as a "Rear Engine Lower Cover" but it's actually located after the transmission/transfer assembly and just before the catalytic converter.

Because both the splash shield and the engine cover are located underbody and might not directly affect operating the vehicle, it's reasonable for a vehicle owner to be unaware either or both items are missing.

I don't know which one you are missing but the dealer should replace either if your car arrived without it, however, if you purchased your Passport from a private seller or if you have have been doing your servicing at a non Honda garage it might be difficult to make the dealer accept that any of these items were not removed by those other people.
I mean neither of these are "under engine" covers.
One is under the bumper and the other is more under the drive shaft. You can see the whole engine and transmission fully exposed in the picture.
