Trail watch is two small cameras mounted on the bottom of the side mirrors that the shows a visual of what is around the outside of the front fenders. When I turned it on yesterday after my test drive I found it useful or at least I could find uses for it and not exclusively in off-road application.
Remember "Lane Watch" that used to be on the passenger mirror? Loved it.

I had a 17 Ridgeline, 20 Passport and as far as the hood goes, no real issues knowing where the front end it. With a 23 Ridgeline with the blockier front end, I'm having difficulty knowing where the front end is especially if I use the garage so any type of camera is welcome IMO if you have a high, wide squared off front end.

It seems like Honda is doing what Toyota did. Raise prices on all new models. At least with Toyota there are hybrid options. I remember when new models came out the MSRP would just increase like they do with a new model year, no more. With the discounts on 25's no way a 26 could be a better value. For that type of money it has to be revolutionary, not evolutionary. Sure there are those that will pay but it remains to be seen if the lots fill up with Passports, they put money on the hood, decrease production or it's a success. Look at the Toyota Tacoma it's basically 5-10k more than the last gen for a product that was way overdue for an update and there are rows of them at the Toyota dealerships now. Passport wasn't even all that outdated but due for it's next generation on schedule so we'll see if price is an issue. It seems that a lot of you all are receptive to the new model.
