AEM intake installed. Enjoyed it for a few months, but I removed it.

PROs: The sound was loud and dramatic, when VTEC kicked it would put a smile in my face. Louder than TAKEDA, but it did not make the Passport any faster.
How did you think/feel the intake was on the low end? Meaning, did you notice any change "off the line" with the intake compared to the stock intake?

OEM crossbars installed. At first, they were backwards, and made a loud sound over 30 mph. The instructions are terrible. A few videos online helped, but I still managed to get the orientation wrong. No issues after that was corrected.
I bought them online and they were broken, so I was able to get a refund. To be safe, I got a second set from the dealer.

New tires! Continental TerrainContact 265/50 R20. This completely changed the look of the passport. I selected them based on reviews from Tire Rack with positive reviews on wet roads.

They were also some of the lightest, with a weight of 38 pounds. The contenders were Bridgestone REVO 3s, Falken Wildpeaks and Nitto Terra Grapplers. Road noise is about the same, MPG is lower. But it does make the Passport look more rugged. I will let you know how they perform. The fit is very tight, but no rubbing on a stock Elite.
these are awesome--trying to decide which tire to get. do you have any photos of the passport straight on from the side?

After trying the expensive OEM footwell illumination kit, I was disappointed with the dim white light. I installed this kit, which worked well. It had a remote control for brightness and color adjustments. I only had to remove one piece of the plastic trim on each side to hide the cable. I used the power inside the center console, and had one small cable going to a module that I placed under the driver's seat, the cable would not allow the sliding door to fully close, but it wasn't bad. It was half the price of the factory illumination kit. Note, I disconnected the passenger side LED if they had to replace the cabin filter, since it was attached to the panel under the glove box.
The cupholders were charged by usb, activated by vibration. Separate purchase

I'm installing a LED strip light kit in my 21 elite. To what and how did you attach the strips in front. Post said you'd did under glove box, but what/how did you secure the strip? Also where/how did you secure the driver side strip? Do you have any pics of the strips/install area for either side? Thanks!

I have not posted in some time (apologies). No major updates on my Passport. I did add a Type R emblem to the grille 🤣 and reactions have been fun to watch. Considering some minor mods from the 2022 parts bin. Kudos to some members that have been brave enough to try new things. The new 23 Pilot will be available in December, and I love the looks and that the OEM tire selected for the trailsport is the Terrain Contact. They kept the V6, hoping to see a Passport from this new Pilot.

I used an adhesive velcro, one small strip directly on the plastic bottom piece on the passenger side. I would warn the service advisor to undo the connector or undo the velcro every time that I came in for service to access the cabin filter. Not as user friendly on the driver side, since it had to be on the edge of the plastic trim and the metal not to throw glare at you while driving. In the rear seats only one side of the velcro would attach directly to the fabric. Hope this helps.

How are the red door lights holding up? Any issues over the 1.5 years you've had them?
They are working great. I did have a problem with the white LASFIT 194 bulbs on the dome. It was flickering and when I removed it, it was hot. I replaced them with Auxito.

Those Continental TerrainContact 265/50 R20 look great! I'm changing back to 20" wheels and looking AT tires and different sizes. How many miles do you have on those tires and how do you like them thus far?

Custom 2.25 to 4.5" exhaust tips, installed at a local shop for $85 each (total). Nothing special, just went with double walled, chromed tips that this small shop had in stock. This was after measuring the OEM 22 passport tips, which would have been closer to $190 each without labor.

The OEMs are 4 x 4.5", they stick out more and are pricey, so I went with the custom route, and 4.5" all round. Just for looks, no changes in sound. Pics of the oem tips are added below.

It looks pretty good.

I've been thinking of a 2022 rear bumper and exhaust tips swap for our 2020 Touring for a while now but the wife is yet to sign off on the mod. I think I prefer the look of these customs tips compared to the 2022+ OEM tips. I also like the fact that they replicate the moderate length of the 2019-2021 exhaust tips.

It seems one can't get the OEM tips without buying the entire exhaust tail. 👇 So are these custom tips the bolt on type or is cutting/welding required? And is there any way of identifying their maker/brand so one can order a set?

This was a cut and weld job, it was done in less than 20 minutes. The exhaust shop owner said that he is strongly against clamped on tips. Once welded, you can be sure that it will not fall off.
Let me see if I can find out what brand he used.

Someone from the mirageforum basically transformed their 2016-era mirage to the "current" refreshed look via junkyard parts. I can't remember what the website he used to look for basically wrecked mirages and he just took pieces that were undamaged.

Maybe look for '22+ total'd passports with front/side damage and strip the rear for parts?
