All the carriers are shutting down 3G. Didn’t you get the email to upgrade the software?
Today is the last day to do it.

All models get an update?
If it has the Honda Assist button by the rear view mirror. If not updated God forbid you get in a accident and the airbags deploy they won’t be able to help you. I would check real quick.

The dealer can fix it. Adding to the pile of issues. Every time I've tried the update I get "error code 6382 see dealer"

All pp will not require the update. We have two 2021 and neither required the update.

Was wondering if AT&T actually shut down 3G last night I did my software update in January to B.1.4.4 on my 2021 Touring. Tested door locks and location this morning and it all seems to be working fine. Anyone else finding something different?
I used the USB update procedure just to be sure, and my late 2021 EX-L did not need an update.

If you have updated to B.1.4.4 then the 3G GSM module in your car has been instructed on how to continue working by piggybacking on a 4G spectrum.

My 2021 made sure I updated three times. I did have to update in order to keep the service going.
