I just got a 2021 Elite. It’s been hard to find consistent information on the towing capacity. Some sites say 3500lbs and some say 5000lbs.
What is the towing capacity on the Elite?
Does it come with the ATF Cooler standard?

• 3,500lb WITHOUT ATF Cooler which is the default from factory.
• 5,000lb WITH optional ATF Cooler installed.

I have an Elite and it did not come with it. Just like DudeCS said, the rating is 3500 lbs. without the ATF cooler.

Since I was buying used I wasn’t sure if it was something that it came with.
but… I’m lucky because I see that it has been installed. And there is a sticker at the hitch that the max weight is 5000lbs. Previous owner must have had it installed.

Yes; when the cooler is installed, there is a sticker for the hitch that says 5,000 lb. that comes with the cooler.

Isn't the 22 Elite AWD listed at 5000lb Touring capacity from the factory?

I believe the 2022 is 5000lbs.
Mine is a 2021 and rated at 3500 but goes up to 5000 lbs with the ATF upgrade.
