Does anyone have the OEM Moon Roof Visor?

I had the dealer install the moon roof visor and now it sounds like the moon roof is open slightly (yes I tried opening and closing it:)). Before I added that I didn't hear any wind noise from the moon roof. If anyone has that installed do you notice the same thing? I am guessing it's not sealed or tight enough??? If that is how it sounds I'm going to take it off.

I would imagine since it is causing air flow changes, there will still be a certain amount of wind noise, no matter how streamlined the visor is.

FYI it was installed incorrectly so once installed right it did cut down on the wind noise. But as mentioned it does still create additional wind noise that isn't there without the visor installed. I cut my losses and had it removed. I don't like additional road noise.

Hello, I have no experience with the oem wind defector but there is member here (forget the name) who installed a CRV deflector due to noise from the PP one / good luck
Cool, I see you removed it, never mind then as I didn’t see ur post on my little phone ?
CRV visor, also have this model on my 2010 Ridgeline. Much quieter than the Pilot/Passport model. Highly recommend.

I installed the Honda OEM moonroof deflector and had the same experience. It did reduce the wind noise when the moonroof was open but when closed, the wind noise was greater. Since my moonroof is closed 99% of the time, I removed it. It is now in the garage rafters. Anyone in San Diego area can have it for $50. $165 retail...$120 at College Hills before $30 shipping.
A pure vanity accessory. Never considered adding one and after reading the feedback here, never going to happen.

Was it hard to remove? I regret having it put on

Not very hard at all to remove. Sort of a pain to reach the screws but, even with that, it only takes about 10-15 min. If I recall, I think it takes a stubby #2 Phillips screwdriver and a small, (6mm?), wrench.
If anyone wants my OEM moonroof visor, it is available at no cost for someone who is located near 92009 that can pick it up. It is in original box and has the hardware. Sorry, shipping not an option.
