Ditch lights

I'm trying to install ditch lights (side of hood) on Passport.
I have the No-Lo Designs brackets - they attach to same bolts used to hold hood onto the hinges. Putting them on seems a pretty simple task but I don't know what to torque the bolts to when I put them back on. Should I just go with tight? super tight? loctite tight? Anyone know?

Also I have a 2nd set of brackets I ordered accidentally if anyone wants them below cost ($60+shipping) let me know. I'd like them to be gone and not to the landfill.

No instructions with the aftermarket brackets? They provide customer service or tech support? I would snug them up not super tight. 12 Ft-lbs.

here ya go!

Thanks, I hadn't even thought to look for an installation manual. Doh!
Curious and bored out of my skull…what are ditch lights?

It's what I have heard lights off road lights mounted on the hood - mounts on the gap (ditch) between the hood and the fenders. Like on this pic (different vehicle so I used different mounts).

Gotcha. Ok - I would have called them off road lights, but ditch lights sounds cooler!
You pay more for "ditch" lights because they're Cutting Edge technology... :sneaky:
I’ll take those extra brackets off your hands if you haven’t sent them out. Don’t have lights yet but plan to.
