Many have, you will have to price them competitive and be patient. Lots of inventory, little demand.
Good news is there seems to be a rash of curbing of ones rims, bad news is people that do get so PO'd they purchase smaller rims.

It took me 6 miserable months to sell my OEM tires and wheels.
I started at maybe $1,000 and eventually sold for $600.
So many people stood me up, some wanted to lowball me to like $400,
I got to a point where I quit caring and said fine, they still stood me up.
My Honda shop was storing them for me and I think it was about 3 times I went over there and they dragged them out just to have no one show.

Finally some dude in a lowered odyssey from San Diego bought them while I was out of town. He even rolled them out of their storage area.

If all fails and cannot sell em, you can always use the 20" wheels as a boat anchor🤔

I wouldn't bank on selling them.

My tires are sold but my EXL wheels have not.
We have them on Craigslist for $400.
I'm moving soon and may have to take them to the dump, lol. Anything under $75 each is just an insult.
Entertained the idea of making a coffee table out of them, as they are scratch free.

Good luck!

Wait a minute. Are you moving from one end of your wide open road to the other? 🤔

In my experience, I think its easy to sell them if you list them with tires and tpms. sold my exl wheels/tires/tpms in just one day after buying elite black wheels. Then after changing to 18s, sold the complete set of elite wheels the following day i installed my 18s.
I had my tires and wheels for sale with a 1000 miles on them complete even with centers and TPMS for 700 nobody interested. So I will put them on when I trade it in, the 18" wheels may sell easier...
Hmm..thats a lot of good feedback. I really love the look of getting new wheels and A/T tires, but maybe I should just focus on A/T tires on the 20" wheels for now and save some cash?

Another option maybe would just be to wait until my current tires wear down and then invest in a new set.

Too many options -- never enough cash to just Buy it Now :D
Advertise locally on FB, Craigslist, etc.
Nobody will pay the extra to ship them, it's too expensive.
I sold mine, wheels, tires with no TPMS for $850 but it took a while.

Needed a bigger garage , I'm sure you get that, lol

A year ago I bought Exl dealer take offs and finally sold them on ebay for $900 shipped
Finally some dude in a lowered odyssey...
Sold my Elite to an Odyssey owner as well (not lowered though!). Sold through Craigslist locally. If I recall it took about 2 months.

I didn't even bother and am surprised some sold theirs successfully. To me they are not worth much if I put myself in the shoes of a buyer. 20" is a horrible size, the thickness only fits larger vehicles, wheels are Honda branded, offset is strange, the bolt pattern only fits Honda and BMW and would look quite silly not on a Honda, etc. The tires are average. So I don't see the market being outside a few Honda models, most of which are better off without 20" in my opinion.

Since I don't see a real value in the stock wheels and tires, and I have a small single garage and a low tolerance for hassle, I was willing to forgo the few hundred bucks profit and let them be recycled. I bought four new 18" wheels and higher quality Continental H/T tires for ~1000, and the wheels are actually not terrible looking.
