What would be the best way to fix this?

I would first start with a good Yelp search on the best wheel repair shops in my area and go from there. This wheel can easily be fixed like new
I would just use a little bit of touch-up paint. Given the inexplicably huge wheels the car comes with and the lack of a rim protector on the tire, if you street park it often it's only a matter of time before it gets curbed again.
Has anybody used Rim-Pro-Tech Wheel Bands?
I have it too. More on the rear passenger side. The most of it I will blame on my driving a larger SUV than I have had in a while. I have kissed a few curbs that have gouged the rims out. Totally my fault. I think I eventually will swap out the factory rims for a more sportier look. In the real world, while you may think it's a bad look, no one is looking at your wheels but you. LOL

I may go with the jcastisa wheels and tires package, but it brings it down from 20" to 18".

What is the jcastisa wheels and tire package?
We have a Touring and I always dreaded my wife curbing those wheels. I was never that fond of any of the Passport wheels anyway, and really would have preferred 18". After 2 wheels curbed, I put on the 18" wheels (option on the R/L and 3 lower trims of Pilot).
The 20" has a section width to rim clearance of 1/8+", and the 18" has a clearance of .5". And the ride is a lot better on 18's.

Where are you located? My Honda Shop in HB, CA has a service that can buff out curb rash.

I now have about the equivalent of this on all 4 rims, so I am waiting until I need to replace my first rim or tire and will get tires with an edge guard. My CRV had these with my Enkei rims and I didn't have a single scratch on them.
