I recently posted about how satisfied I was with the quality of the cup holder hero liners. I was so happy with them I ordered a set for my sisters 2013 Ford fusion as a Christmas gift, somehow they sent the wrong set. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. It took over a week for them to contact me after repeated phone calls and emails. I posted screenshots of the emails to show you what I’m dealing with it, first they said they were going to send me the correct set an another week pissed and I didn’t hear anything so I emailed them again and this morning I received the other email apologizing for the confusion and the fact of not going to send the correct set just issue a refund. This is a heads up in case you have to deal with their customer service. On their website they claim to have world-class customer service, God help us all if this is world class.
