I recently posted about how satisfied I was with the quality of the cup holder hero liners. I was so happy with them I ordered a set for my sisters 2013 Ford fusion as a Christmas gift, somehow they sent the wrong set. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. It took over a week for them to contact me after repeated phone calls and emails. I posted screenshots of the emails to show you what I’m dealing with it, first they said they were going to send me the correct set an another week pissed and I didn’t hear anything so I emailed them again and this morning I received the other email apologizing for the confusion and the fact of not going to send the correct set just issue a refund. This is a heads up in case you have to deal with their customer service. On their website they claim to have world-class customer service, God help us all if this is world class.

Sorry for your pain. Got mine off Amazon with no issues and 2-day delivery. I enjoy them as the offset the plain black interior.
I like them also. I purchased them from their site because I had a discount code that turned out to not be so great. Amazon has them cheaper.😳 When I read about them beings a small family owned business I was all in. Never expected this and I am really disappointed in their handling of this. All they had to do is say return in and you have to order a new set, instead they sent me misleading emails. Not very professional.

This is why I always check to see if a particular item is carried by Amazon first. If it is, most any item they sell will say 'free returns' next to It. Then if there's a problem I just return it without the box to my local grocery store for credit. I get the refund as soon as they scan it in and the store handles the return.

After telling me they couldn’t send the correct replacement they emailed me again and asked if I returned the wrong set because if I didn’t they would send me the right set. I had just returned from the post office when I received that email. I emailed them back and they then told me because I returned it the couldn’t send me the right set😳 only a refund when the receive the return. Most confusing customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.
