Just pick up this 2021 Elite and had to go back to the dealer for them to fix a door edge guard and the tech came and got me to show the bubble on the tire. Just 100 miles on the car. Did not hit any potholes or anything. I looked online and GM just had a recall on Continental tires for sidewall blow outs. Dealer tried to get me to pay for it but I had a fit and they are now paying for it. Check your tire sidewalls. My bubble was on the inside sidewall and would have never been noticed until it was to late.

Good safety heads up. Mine are on Craigslist as we speak. Way to stand up to Honda.

Thanks for posting.
The mechanic at the dealership told me that the have a lot of problems with that tire. It’s on other models as well. A lot of side wall bubbles and flats. Because they are low profile they are easily damaged by potholes.
But after seeing the GM recall you have to wonder.

Low profile tires are nothing but a headache and extra cost. I don't understand why Honda puts them on a vehicle with higher ground clearance that is portrayed as having offroad prowess.
Agreed. I tried to trade mine in where I bought my 17's. That's what they do, buy OEM wheels, spruce them up, and sale them.
They laughed and said, Noone wants those.
