Cargo mats

I'm not happy with the way things slide all around in my cargo area. And I can't seem to locate a a mat that has a non-slide quality. So I was thinking and wanted your input on this. What if you were to spray the cargo mat with and rubberized product such as "Rust-Oleum 248656 Professional Grade Rubberized Undercoating Spray" or even something like "Flex Seal" Just thinking outside the box on this. What do you folks think?

Have you viewed these things others have tried, from an earlier thread . . . ? 😉
Cargo area bins slide all over

Personally, tried the Rustoleum Rubberized Undercoating Spray inside a truck bed saddle box, and found it was not very cleanable and held dirt/dust. Switched to some tool cabinet non-slip drawer liners, and they work very well. We use the same liners now in the Passport cargo area, on top of the mat. If you want larger size (such as to cover entire cargo area in one piece), you can buy black rug non-slip pad and cut to size. Can be rolled/folded up when not in use and stored in your under-mat storage area. Works well for us.

Good Luck

Here's how I prevent grocery bags from sliding around the back of my 2020 Passport. I purchased the wire basket from Home Depot, and a bungee cord keeps the basket in place.

Had the same problem.

So I got 2 cheap rubber front door mats with the little grippy bubbles on them, I’ve got three aluminum bins with car wash towels, water bottle, some other things that wont fit below, and that helped a ton for the sliding!

I have the folding Cargo tray and my bins slid all over, hence why I got the rubber door mats from Walmart in my above post.
