I've had one before and briefly considered it for the Passport given the obvious mounting points. But I rarely used the one I had in the past and it was just in the way more than anything. The extra tint will handle concealing whatever is back there in addition to the underneath storage. As far as the easier to cool/heat aspect, maybe, but the ceramic 85% heat rejection tint will handle that too.
