Had one in our 4Runner, had one in our Venza and HAVE on in my wife's Lexus RX350, they were really in the way MORE than we actually used them, so I don't plan on getting on for my Passport, in fact, I kinda like driving with the rear seats folded down, so I have the nice flat bed back there and can here the thump of the sub better...

PS: I kept the Cargo Net from our Venza, when we traded it in for our daughters Accord a few years ago and it fits perfect in the Passport...

It will hold quite a bit, but I never overloaded them, my wife has on in her RX350 and trypically there are a bunch of empty bags and an umbrella..
