I am currently on my 3rd battery. First 2 were under warranty. Third one is a 10 year battery. Does the CRV also have this same problem?
A couple of questions if I may. What are your driving habits?

Do you make a lot of frequent short little trips or do you most often drive the vehicle for 20 minutes or more at a time?

Are you driving in a lot of stop and go traffic?

Battery health, especially AGM battery health can have a lot to do with a persons driving habits.

Edit: Optima says this yellowtop fits the 2019 passport.

___

I wonder if a deep cycle battery like a Optima yellow top would help, too many recharge cycles on a standard battery will kill it pretty fast. Optima does not list a yellow top that fits the Passport but I was able to make one work on my YJ that they said wouldn't fit. I can run my winch, aux lights, a/c, etc.. without worrying about killing the battery.
AGN batteries are deep cycle batteries.

If you are looking for the longest lasting battery, I would go with either an Odessa or a Northstar battery. Both are made with 99,97% pure lead plates instead of a lead alloy that most other battery makers use. Of course you will pay for the quality.
